The Word of Life for the Joy of the Church
Speaker: Clint Humfrey Series: Philippians: To Live Is Christ, To Die is Gain Scripture: Philippians 2:14–18
The challenge for mature Christian believers is that they can tend to rely on their developed theological knowledge, but fail to apply it consistently. They can easily grumble when things don’t fit their convenience or dispute over things that don’t matter. Paul reminds the Philippians that holding fast to the word of life is the key to having counter-cultural unity and joy.
